Shipping and Payment Information

Shipping Fees:

No matter how many products you order, we provide FREE tracked shipping on all shipments to Canadian and US addresses! For deliveries within Canada, we use UPS, Purolator, ICS, or CanadaPost. If you’re in the US, your packages will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. 

While we currently only ship to Canada and the United States from our online store, we can also handle international shipments—just reach out to us for more information!

US tariff and customs duties:

Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments heading to the United States will need to have the added Tariff paid in advance to prevent any extra charges. At checkout, we’ll calculate half of this additional cost for you, while we take care of the other half. This way, shipping remains smooth and hassle-free!

Shipping address:

We ship packages to the registered PayPal Shipping Address or the entered shipping address only.

In case the customer would like their package shipped to another location, they must add another address to their PayPal account, and select the desired address at the checkout.

Handling, Packaging and any other costs:

We do not charge any extra for handling and packaging, and there are no hidden fees whatsoever.

Our production and shipping department is located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

All our products are proudly made in Canada!

When the ordered items will be shipped:

Both, Custom and Stock items are shipped within 3 business days after cleared payment and approved proofs if any custom parts included.
